Food Addiction Treatment: Acupuncture: More Treatment!
My schedule is becoming completely recovery oriented. I am feeling refreshed, responsible and READY to take on the day, new challeneges and RECOVERY! I have decided to get back into acupuncture treatment as part of my home (meaning local) treatment plan which includes psyschological/mental, physical and physiological, nutritional, spiritual (church, groups, at home Bible study) and social (support groups) support and treatment. I only engage in and support natural healing methods. I am excited to be using the natural and alternative medicine oriented tools God is putting in my Recovery Tool Belt! Having a treatment plan and healing structure helps provide me with responsibilities needed to keep me active in recovery, show up for life and get me out of an environment (home) where I am most likely to addict. God Bless you all! Happy New Weekend ahead! Make yours beautiful and get your green smoothie on!

Yum, the way you described that sounds amazing!!!!
Don’t let anyone make you feel bad/guilty/whatever about using raw honey!
I met them both in person, very sweet people. Yummy raw honey… I kind go overboard and do a little shot of pour lol verse measuring it out… stuff keeps me going though for awhile.
I think I read it on Angela Stokes-Monarch’s blog! She is so clever
I add raw honey to a spoon and then transport it to my mouth
So amazing!
Hmmm, how poetic Cindy! love it.
Sorry but he is not fully trained is he is attacking people, bottom line. I have worked with dogs and know training – Dante has aggression issues as well and it’s not his fault, it’s really MINE. It’s all on the owner really. Things can be turned around but it’s up to you and Mom to do that, not him.
he’s fully trained ..ect .. just has a thing about people with mail – . -
Salutations! It sounds like you consumed a sunshiny superfood smoothie so satisfying for your sacred soul. I salute you!
Love that you’re getting pricked again.
Lubed and Ready To Move

agave is just pitiful, not the plant itself but what man has done to it and then to sell it and label it as raw when it’s hoenstly not is a flat out lie, how pitiful. As for your aloe, I have only seen clear and would never attempt to eat it red as it might be spoiled or infected. I would continue to grow it but any plants that have red inside leave for plant purposes not consumption. They will still grow pretty and bring your garden joy! Ps I have an aloe smoothie recipe on Gone Raw called -
thank you so much, my desire to live, fight and experience the unknown to recover is greater now than my desire to sit on my ass and sink. smile.
