These are the best 3 I could come up with

-Help Goverment with money, they wouldnt have to do drug tests, clog up jails, rehab centers, spend money on researches and search dogs, ect(I need some more of these reasons on how they would save money)

- Health, you never know what they can put in there(ie. rat poison) and to keep people safe, they could make a legal vendor. What do you think?

- Hemp Production, it would be easier to produce hemp products(like what?)
